CLAUSES

1. Nature of Membership

This is a private membership, not an investment or equity stake.

2. No Ownership Rights

Founding members do not own shares or have control over operations.

3. Membership

Membership cannot be transferred.

4. Referral

All referrals (standard members) are contingent upon approval by at least 50% of the total current members.

5. Conduct

Membership may be revoked if a member’s conduct negatively impacts the group environment, upon a vote approved by at least 50% of the total current members.

6. Amendments

Déṣhọ̀kàn reserves right to evolve offerings while maintaining core privileges.
